I am the daughter of one of your clients. I just wanted to praise your caregiver Crystal. She is outstanding!!! I cannot say enough about the quality of caregiver she is. She is so great with the Hoyer Lift plus the personal care!! She is also always punctual. I actually noticed she was early and sitting in her car waiting. That is very impressive! My mom is lucky to have her on her care team and I know you (Martha’s Hands) must be thrilled to have such an outstanding employee!

Melissa, the intake nurse, was wonderful with my in-laws. My mother-in-law wants to start Hospice but is slightly confused. Melissa treated her with respect, dignity and kindness, it gave all of us comfort. Melissa had knowledge of hospice and explained it perfectly to them. Melissa was patient and answered all their questions. She was a light in our cancer journey we all desperately needed.
