Martha’s Hands offers Hospice Supportive Care partnering with your Hospice agency. Our professional team offers hospice support utilizing our mission while emphasizing the health of body, mind and spirit.
Martha’s Hands does not participate in the Medicare Hospice program. Our Hospice Supportive Care compliments your Medicare Hospice services to allow family members to focus on spending time with their loved ones. Our Caregivers provide one-on-one support with their daily needs, including 24/7 care. Our Nursing Care Manager works with your Hospice agency to coordinate your Service Plan, to ensure your wishes are met, with the dignity you deserve.
